At Massage Warehouse, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in a spa. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into a secure shipping bag or box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
